The All Progressives Congress (APC) in Adamawa said it is set and geared to win elections in all positions and vowed never allowed any opposition party to breath.
The party under the leadership of Alhaji Hamza Madagali with all other party’s officials addressed journalists at the party’s secretary and reinstated their readiness to work for the party’s interest.
Hamza took time to appreciate stakeholders for for a successful and peaceful conduct of the primaries and rated it best ever because it’s fairly carried out and protected the interests of all people involved.
He however said though they can’t totally roll out minor hitches and rancour among aspirants but said they are negligible and all issues are sorted out in the interest of the party and all party men and women.
“we are serious about the Coming election as if it’s coming in two weeks time. We are serious about winning election as If it’s going to come in a near future.” He said
The Party secretary, Mustapha Ribadu while adding his voice to what the Chairman has said, he thanked the APC family, especially the Governor of the state, Rt Hon Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri for doing the needful for successful primaries across the state.
According to him though the task were Herculean but it ended well. He said in every contest there are winners losers. But in APC they’re only having winners and runner up party’s men and women.
He gave a brief details of the flag bearers and emphasised how the party made deliberate efforts to carry women along and produced two candidates who are women holding the party’s flags for House of representatives.
He said with Rt Hon Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri who is the flag bearer for Adamawa Northern Senatorial District, Comrade Mustapha Salihu holding the party’s flag for Adamawa central and Chief Felix Tangwami who clinched the ticket for the Southern zone there’s no way the party will loss the 2027 general election in the state
