
According to Daily Post on May 26th, President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has declared that Nigeria has emerged from its difficult phase, saying the country is now entering a period of hope, stability and renewed opportunities.
The president made the declaration in his Eid-el-Kabir message to Nigerians, where he described the economic reforms introduced by his administration as tough but necessary for the nation’s long-term growth and prosperity.
In a statement issued on Tuesday by his Special Adviser on Information and Strategy, Bayo Onanuga, Tinubu urged Nigerians to embrace the values of sacrifice, unity, compassion and selflessness as the country continues its journey of rebuilding and national renewal.
According to him, the sacrifices made by citizens over the past three years are already yielding positive results, with improvements in economic stability and increasing investor confidence expected to stimulate job creation and economic expansion.
Tinubu expressed optimism that the reforms being implemented by his government would continue to strengthen security and create more opportunities for Nigerians across the country.
The president stated that Nigeria had walked through a dark tunnel but has now arrived at a brighter phase, adding that the government remains committed to sustaining policies that would secure a better future for coming generations.
